How to use your saved posts in Claude and ChatGPT

Quick answer
Munvi has a connector for assistants. In Claude, go to Customize › Connectors › Add › Add custom connector and paste . In ChatGPT, go to Customize › Plugins › Add › Create plugin and paste the same address. Sign in with your Munvi account, tap Allow, and the assistant can read your collection — without changing anything in it.
Who it’s for: Anyone who saves in Munvi and uses Claude or ChatGPT to plan a trip, put a menu together or write about what they saved.

- Plan. “Put together two days in Osaka with the places I saved.” The assistant reads each place’s address and map link.
- Cook. “Make a week of dinners from the chicken recipes I saved, and the shopping list.”
- Remember. “What did I save about investing last month?” or “what does she say in that bread video?”
In Claude
It works on the web, in the desktop app and on your phone: a connector added in one place shows up in the others. On the free plan, Claude allows one custom connector.

Open Customize › Connectors
In Claude’s left menu, tap Customize, then the Connectors tab.

Tap Add › Add custom connector
Name it Munvi, paste and tap Add.

Sign in with your Munvi account
Claude opens a Munvi page: continue with Google, using the same account as the app, and tap Allow.
Check the address before you sign in: Munvi’s page is always api.munvi.app.

Turn Munvi on in the chat
In a chat, tap + at the bottom left, then Connectors, and leave Munvi on. Then just ask.
In ChatGPT
In the ChatGPT desktop app. Not every plan takes your own plugins yet; Pro does.

Open Customize › Plugins
In the left menu, tap Customize, then Plugins.

Tap Add › Create plugin
Name it Munvi and, under Connection, leave Server URL and paste . Authentication stays on OAuth.
The address starts with mcp: https://mcp.munvi.app/mcp. Without it, ChatGPT can’t find Munvi.

Confirm and create
ChatGPT warns that custom servers carry risks: tick that you understand and want to continue, and tap Create.

Sign in with your Munvi account
Continue with Google, using the same account as the app, and tap Allow. Then ask about what you saved in any chat.
What the assistant sees
Your posts and folders — folders shared with you included —, the places you saved and what was said in the videos. The assistant only reads: it never moves, deletes or saves anything.
Your notes, their photos and what you wrote about a place stay yours. You can disconnect at any time in the app, under Settings › Connected assistants.
Or ask Mun
Inside the app, Mun answers about your collection with nothing to connect: tap Ask on the home screen.
Questions
Can the assistant delete or change my posts?
No. The connection only reads: nothing the assistant does changes your collection.
How do I disconnect?
In the Munvi app, under Settings › Connected assistants › Disconnect. Access stops at once, in every assistant.
Do I need a paid Claude or ChatGPT plan?
Claude’s free plan allows one custom connector. In ChatGPT, not every plan takes your own plugins yet; Pro does.
