How to save TikTok videos you can actually find again

Quick answer

On TikTok, tap the bookmark icon (Favorites) beside the video. Favorites live on your profile, in the Favorites tab, and can be split into collections. TikTok can’t search inside Favorites: to find a video by word, keep it somewhere with search.

Who it’s for: Anyone who saves recipes, tips and places on TikTok and then can’t find the right video.

    Favorite the video

    Tap the bookmark beside the video. It turns yellow.

    Open your Favorites

    On your profile, tap the Favorites tab (the same bookmark).

  3. 3

    Split them into collections

    In Favorites, create collections and move videos into them — “Recipes”, “Workouts”, “Travel”.

On TikTok, tap Share and pick Munvi: the video becomes a card with a title, a summary and, for a recipe, ingredients and steps, in a folder by subject. You stay in TikTok and a notification comes when it’s ready.
