In short

  • In the app, Settings → Talk to us sends your message straight to us, with a screenshot if you need one.
  • By email: oi@munvi.app. Write from your account’s address so we can find you faster.

1How to save a post

In Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest, Google Maps or your browser, tap Share and pick Munvi. On Android the app doesn’t even open: the post is saved in the background and a notification tells you when the card is ready.

You can also paste a link with the + button on the home screen, or pick an image from your gallery or camera right there.

See the step-by-step guides

2Why a post didn’t become a card

When a save goes wrong, the notification and the home screen say why. The most common reasons:

  • The post is private, was deleted or is restricted to people over 18. Munvi only reads what is public, and age-restricted posts are not saved.
  • Instagram is limiting access for a while. Munvi tries again on its own for a few minutes; if it still fails, tap Try again on the home screen.
  • The link doesn’t lead to a post: a profile, a Story, a page that asks you to log in or has no text.
  • YouTube videos over 1 hour are not saved. Between 20 minutes and 1 hour, the card is a Pro feature.
  • On the free plan, after the welcome week, a post is saved without a card. Open the post and tap Make the card. If this week’s cards are used up, the post stays saved and you can make the card when they come back.

If the card came out wrong, open the post, tap About the post and then Analyze again.

3When this week’s cards come back

Every Monday at midnight, in your phone’s time zone. Questions to Mun on the free plan follow the same week.

The welcome week is different: it starts on the day you create your account and ends seven days later.

How many cards you have left and when they come back is under Settings → Your plan.

4Cancelling Pro

The subscription is made and billed through Google Play. To cancel, open Settings → Your plan → Manage on Google Play, or the Google Play app → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Munvi.

Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for. On a free trial, cancel before it ends to avoid being charged; we remind you two days before it does.

Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel the subscription. For a refund, contact Google Play or write to oi@munvi.app.

5Getting Pro back

Pro belongs to your Munvi account, not to your phone. New phone, or reinstalled the app? Sign in with the same Google account as before.

If Pro doesn’t show up, tap Settings → Your plan → Restore purchase, with Google Play signed in to the same Google account that made the purchase.

6Reporting something in a shared folder

Open the post, tap About the post and then Report a problem. Pick the reason; the card and the post’s link come along for us to review.

Whoever created the folder can remove a person under People, and nobody is notified. And anyone can leave under People → Leave folder.

If it’s something serious, write to oi@munvi.app with the folder’s name.

7Deleting your account

You can delete it in the app, under Settings → Delete account, or ask by email. Deleting your account does not cancel your Pro subscription.
