1The service
Munvi is developed and operated by GHM CONSULTORIA EM TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO LTDA (CNPJ 46.248.650/0001-51), based in Uberaba, Minas Gerais, Brazil (“Munvi”, “we”, “us”). “You” means anyone who uses the app or the website.
Munvi is an app that receives links (Instagram, TikTok and YouTube posts, web pages and Google Maps places) and images from your device, generates a card with artificial intelligence and keeps it in folders in your account. It also offers search, an assistant that answers based on your collection, a shopping list, a map of saved places and sharing cards by link. By creating an account, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2Account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for access to your Google account and for what happens in your Munvi account. One person, one account.
3Acceptable use
- Use Munvi for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Don’t send Munvi links to content that isn’t public, or content or images that you don’t have the right to copy or that violate the rules of the platform they came from.
- Don’t use the service to redistribute, sell or publish saved content.
- Don’t try to get around limits, automate use, access other people’s accounts or overload the service.
- Don’t use share links to spread content you don’t have the right to share.
We may apply usage limits (number of saves per day, assistant messages, shares) to keep the service working for everyone.
4Your content and license
You still own what you put into Munvi (links, images, folders, tags, notes and their photos). For the service to work, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display and back up that content, solely to operate and improve Munvi. The license ends when you delete the content or the account, except for copies in backups (up to 30 days) and copies that other people saved from a link of yours.
5Third-party platforms and content
The posts you share belong to whoever published them and remain subject to the terms of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and the websites they came from. Munvi is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by these platforms (Meta, ByteDance, Google). They may change or block access at any time, and a post may be taken down; in those cases, the card remains, but the original video may no longer be available.
If you hold rights to a piece of content and believe it is being misused, write to oi@munvi.app.
6AI output
Cards and the assistant’s answers are generated by an artificial intelligence model and may contain errors or omissions: quantities, times, steps, addresses. Double-check before cooking, working out, traveling or buying. Nothing in Munvi is medical, nutritional or professional advice.
7Sharing cards
When you share a card, you create a link anyone can open. Whoever opens it sees a preview with your display name; whoever has Munvi can save their own copy. Your note doesn’t go along. We may turn off links or limit sharing in case of abuse.
8Price
Munvi has a free plan, with a weekly limit of saves, and Pro, an optional subscription with higher limits. During early access, everything is free.
The subscription is billed through the app store (Google Play or the App Store), renews on its own and can be cancelled at any time in the store itself. Cancellation takes effect from the next period, with no prorated refund, except where the law or the store guarantees one. Current prices and limits are shown in the store and on munvi.app.
9Availability and changes
Munvi is under active development and available for Android; the iPhone version is being built. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, or the entire service, and we will give you reasonable notice when a change affects your collection. You can export your collection at any time, in Profile, “Export my data”.
10Intellectual property
The Munvi name, the app, the website and the code are ours. These terms do not transfer any rights in them.
11Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors, that every card will be correct or that every post can be saved.
12Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any damage arising from the use of Munvi is limited to the greater of what you paid for the service in the previous 12 months and R$ 100. We are not liable for third-party content or for decisions made based on AI-generated cards.
13Termination
You can close your account at any time, inside the app. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice whenever possible. When an account is closed, the deletion rules of the Privacy Policy apply.
14Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the judicial district of Uberaba, Minas Gerais are chosen to resolve any dispute, without prejudice to the courts of your place of residence where the law guarantees it.
15Changes
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top and let you know in the app when the change is significant. Continuing to use Munvi after that means you accept the new terms.
